The world is going to change.....

Sunday, May 20, 2007, 09:02 AM CST [General]

For a long time now, I have been having dreams that portray a world vastly different from the one we know now.  I have no doubt that it is a glimpse of what is to come, however, I don't know how it will happen.  At least, not yet.  I believe that part of it is a worldwide collapse of technology (eeek... gasp) and something akin to society paying for its greed and hypocracy.  That is just a guess though.  Whatever the case, I have listed some things below that are what I see in my dreams.  You'll have to forgive the style its written in, for this is the only way I have of articulating what I've seen.   Each 'blurb' is a snapshot of what I've seen.

Stores forced to sell what goods they have on the street like an old world market.  More and more occult suppliers than what is normal for today.

People in small to medium groups as a method of survival.  Living almost like gypsies.

People washing clothes in tubs and houses relying on candles and generators for light.

Places like New York and Washington so overcrowded that even office buildings were being converted into living spaces.

More pagans than christians; christians having become the minority and being criticized for their actions and beliefs.

Transportation drastically changed.  Only maybe a third of vehicles still running, and a greater reliance on walking, bikes and believe it or not, horses.

Now, Some will read this and think I'm nuts, but I'm telling you that whatever is coming, it will be the pagans who band together who will have the best chance of making a 'go' of it.  I have a feeling the christians will shoulder most of the blame along with some aspects of the government and a lot of society.

Even the animals will need our protection when all this starts to go down.

Hell, just look at the gas prices!  And I think that is what triggered me into putting the pieces of my dreams together in the first place, instead of just being puzzled over how strange they were.   And I know there is something in what I dream.  Before the 9-11 attacks, I had a dream that I saw a cave with several men in head wrappings sitting on a sand floor discussing political issues, and outside, a desert with tanks and men in fatigues with guns.  A few months later......  and this is just one example.

So although I'm not saying that everyone should become paranoid by any means, I do think we should start mentally and spiritually preparing ourselves, maybe physically too, for what is to come.  Personally, I am going to watch the national news closely, and buy a bike.  My family and I are talking about it all now.

If you have anything you'd like to add to this, or have had similar visions or whatnot, please tell me.  Maybe if we piece it all together we can get a better picture of what is going on.  Right now, its all just an undercurrent, but I just don't think it will remain that way.

Greetings Marquettte. Of course things are going to change...it's been prophesied for ages... how, is of course the question. I too believe the Internet will become a thing of the past. Cars will be something we won't be able to use anymore. I think even the Bible tells of barren highways, and misplaced animals. I have this real time goal of getting a piece of land with running water - just in case. Being Cherokee we have been familiar with the Hopi prophesy for a long time. Earth shift - polar changes - global warming...might just push the pop into office buildings for shelter. Hadn't thought of that one. ~Amber

Well I certianly wish I could buy land with a water well on it. I would do it in a heartbeat! In light of new dreams, I can tell you that all the greediness and hateful attitudes that are so much the norm in today's society will be snuffed out by whatever is coming. A new wariness will be born, one in which bands of people will not necessarily trust another band but will not be so prone to violence, and the rapists, murderers, theives and so on will reap a heavier punishment from the peoples than what they usually get from law enforcement simply because survival depends on honesty and peace; the people won't tolerate outlaws. It will serve to reduce crime, but will make those who do a crime all the more viscious. It is a double edged sword. If I come up with more info, I'll post it.
